  January 17th, NO GIFT CERTIFICATES and NO letter from them, so i called McDonald head office in Winnipeg and they are contacting the franchise owner and maybe they can fix this problem. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location.

  Update on latest visit: Wife was in the woman's bathroom and watched a staff member washing the bathroom with a cloth. My wife and the staff member exited the bathroom and she used the same cloth to start wiping down the tables. We told management but no clue what was done about it and no apology was given.

  Food is good. No TP in bathroom. Floor was slick as all get out. Like... Icy slick. Someone used too much Mr. Clean. Normally I wouldn't bother, but it's so obvious someone needs to do another mop with water. Everyone is waddling like old men. The kid in me wants to take a run and slide.

  Got the order. Fries were cold and the BACON was two strips of pinkish tissue thin pieces of a dry tastless product. $11 wasted.

  McDonalds is my guilty pleasure but I will drive an extra 15 min to avoid this location. Its dirty, always under staffed so long wait times. The front door has inside tiles on the outside so when it's snowing it's dangerously slippery. Bathrooms should only be used if you plan on cleaning them yourself. Just nasty!!!

  October 2017. After getting the wrong order I phone them and talked with the manger and was told that because of their mistake they would send out some gift certificates. After over two weeks I phone them again and talked with the manger and again he said that he would send out some gift certificates. Well, again over a month later, NO gift certificates. I phone them again for the third time and talked with the manger, and after making sure they had the right address, he would send out some gift certificates. Here we are in January 2018, three (3) months later, NO GIFT CERTIFICATES and NO letter from them.

  So i tried to order the meal deal. But the person taking the order in the drive thru didn't hear me ask for the NEW burger. Before i paid for meal i verified if it was the correct item. Was told "you have to pay an extra dollar for bacon". So i paid the extra dollar.

  Would be ok if the wraper for my burger was not dripping blood. You can see it all down the inside of the box. Get you act together people. I would be carefull going to this one.
