  Prices are generally better than mossy grocer stores - great place to shop if you want to save money. A little limited in a couple of specialty areas, but can't complain overall. Store is always clean and staff usually friendly.

  Just came home from Mike's No Frills in Spryfield. It was a terrible experience!!! As I came close to the produce aisle, a woman in short dark hair was un packing the vegetables. I asked where a certain item was that I wanted, a she almost yelled at me saying ' OVER THERE'

  20th October 2017. Their flyer had lean ground beef on for $2.97 per pound. Upon the arrival at the meat department there was no lean grown, no regular only Extra lean. I asked someone and they looked and called and couldn't Find anyone from the meat department. So then I had to go to customer service. Still no one from the meat department around so I asked for a manager. Manager came explained there was no lean and he said the order for lean grown beef didn't come in. I told him I was a senior I was tired and I had company comin
